An Introduction to Patisserie

This course is designed for those new to hospitality or for chefs looking to upskill or specialise in patisserie. During the day, you will cover the production, baking and finishing of a variety of patisserie products tailored to be suitable for your business. We will talk to the businesses sending delegates and choose products which can be made in the workplace without spending money on expensive equipment.
