This course is designed for those who are preparing for a supervisory or management role within a hospitality business. It will cover all aspects of running a successful kitchen.

Your host
Tony Duce, Course Designer and Developer for Hospitality Table Cornwall has over 30 years of experience in the industry, 20 years of which have been in Cornwall. Tony is passionate about teaching, training, managing a successful team, and the professional cookery Apprenticeship programmes he has helped build over the last 4 years at the College; fuelling the passion in the next generation of chefs, which is the reason that he’s a part of Hospitality Table Cornwall.
