This is a course designed for small hospitality businesses who wish to add a personal touch to their menu by offering traditional Cornish products, which can easily be made in their own kitchens using a minimal amount of equipment.
The course will cover traditional hand crimped Cornish Pasties (of course) with a few old fashioned touches, Saffron Buns, Cornish Splits, Heavy Cake and Cornish Fairings

Places are subject to two delegates per business. Please note, this course is only eligible for hospitality businesses as it’s fully-funded through the European Social Fund and Truro and Penwith College.
Attendees will be required to bring plenty of enthusiasm and a good appetite.
