During this day session you will learn how to create a considered wine list, enhance your knowledge on wines, price up correctly and make your serving appeals to the masses. Using industry insights, you can influence people to buy the serves you want them to and make your wine list attractive and profitable. The course will be hosted by Dean Bungay, our developer that spent 8 years running St Austell Brewery’s flagship establishment as well as be placed third in the South West Barista championships. Dean has also completed for a WSET scholarship and was part of St Austell Brewery’s retail steering forum while conducting bar training and mentoring for organisations. Dean is a WSET nominated educator.
